📦 MARREdeco SHIPPING POLICY

 

This policy explains the order and conditions for the delivery of goods when ordering products on our website marredeco.lv.

 

1. 🌐 DELIVERY AREA AND COSTS💸

 

  • Latvia: Throughout the territory of Latvia, using parcel machines or courier services.

    • Parcel machine 2.99 EUR
    • Courier From 6.50 EUR
    • Free delivery for orders over 50 EUR.
  • Baltic States: Lithuania and Estonia.

    • Parcel machine 4.10 EUR
    • Courier From 7.00 EUR
    • Free delivery for orders over 50 EUR.
  • European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

    • Parcel machine From 10.00 EUR
    • Courier From 20.00 EUR
    • Free delivery for orders over 150 EUR.
  • Internationally: Delivery to other countries by individual agreement.

Exact prices will be calculated at payment.

 

2. ⏳ ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT TIME

 

 

2.1. Order Processing

 

  • Processing time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days after full payment is received in the Seller's account.

  • Payment note: Items are shipped only after the payment platform makecommerce.lv has confirmed full payment.

  • Individual orders: If the order includes personalized or custom-made items, the fulfillment time may be longer. The exact fulfillment time will be agreed upon individually (5-10 business days).

 

2.2. Delivery Time

 

Delivery times are indicative and are counted from the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by the carrier, especially during holidays and sales. We will inform you separately about any possible delays.

 

3. 📦 RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES AND SHIPMENT INSPECTION

 

3.1. Shipment inspection: Upon receiving the shipment, the Consumer's duty is to immediately check the packaging and the condition of the goods.

3.2. Damage recording: If the packaging is damaged (crushed, torn, or wet), please immediately document it (by taking photos and/or noting it on the carrier's documents) and contact us: info@mareedeco.lv or by phone +371 26337184.

3.3. The seller is responsible for any damage to the goods that occurs before the shipment is handed over to the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation. We will assist you in resolving this situation with the carrier.

3.4. In cases where the item is not picked up from the parcel machine and returned to the seller, the buyer bears the return fee - 4 EUR. The money for the returned order will be refunded to the buyer's bank account within 3-5 business days. (Delivery and return costs will be deducted from the amount).
